PLEASE REVIEW YOUR INVOICE BEFORE PLACING A RETURN!! Make sure the items you received match what you ordered on your invoice. Merchandise may only be returned if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order/item or if you received a damaged item. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs.
All orders must be authorized for return before they are sent through mail. Please do not send you order for return without authorization. If your order is sent to us through mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order and your order will not be sent back under any circumstances. To get authorization on a return, please contact us via e-mail, have your order number available which is located on the invoice sent with your item(s) and you will be sent back an authorization for your return.
